You can permanently delete the SameGrid account on this device (guest or
Google-linked) and the game data attached to it. This cannot be undone.
Delete in the app (preferred)
Open SameGrid on the device that uses the account.
Open Settings.
Tap Delete account.
Read the warning: “This removes your profile, scores, streak and
friends. It cannot be undone.”
Tap Delete to confirm, or Cancel to
keep the account.
Stay online for this step. The app calls the Supabase
delete_account function, signs out, and clears local app
data. A new guest account is created if you keep using the app.
If you cannot open the app
Email samegrid.support@gmail.com with the subject
Delete SameGrid account. Include your friend code and
the guest or Google-linked id shown in Settings, if you still have them, so the
account can be identified. Manual requests are completed within 30 days.
What is removed
The Supabase user and profile (display name, friend code), including a linked Google identity
Daily scores and the stored move list, Endless scores, streak
Friendships and challenge invites
Notification device tokens and push-cap rows for that user
Rate-limit rows for that user
Local settings, runs, caches, and results on the device that performed in-app deletion
Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics records follow Google’s retention for
