• What you were doing, and what went wrong
• The app version shown at the bottom of Settings (for example 0.1.0)
• Your friend code, if the issue involves friends or scores
• The guest or Google-linked id from Settings, if you are asking about an account

Common requests

• Delete my data — use account deletion (in-app first).
• Privacy — privacy policy.
• Terms — terms of service.
• Notifications — Settings → Notifications. Only “new board is out” and “a friend passed you” are sent, and only after you opt in.
• Ads or purchases — none are offered in this version.
